At Saracen Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused performance bikes and accessories in their original packaging. Whether you need a different frame size or a full refund, our team is here to ensure you get back on the trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original factory box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit, and include a printout of your RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
