How will my Saracen bike be delivered?
All bikes are professionally pre-assembled and safety-checked by our technicians before being repacked into a large secure box. You will only need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals.
What is the warranty coverage on Saracen frames?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all aluminum and carbon frames for the original owner, covering manufacturing defects to give you total peace of mind on the trails.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the UK and selected European territories. For other regions, please use our dealer locator to find an authorized international stockist.
Can I return a bike if it is not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Please contact our support team to arrange a collection.

How do I find the correct frame size for my height?
